The Full Story

The Charger

In 2017 "Purple" was the name of the game with the completion of the 1969 Dodge Charger RT shed rescue. This Charger RT clone included a 440 6 pack and all the fixins to turn heads and swoon the hearts of Dodge fans everywhere it goes. Donated to Rebuilding Generations as a disassembled project from a storage unit, we inventoried and cataloged all the parts, then assembled the vehicle adding our sponsor touches to complete the build over two years. A cool story about this build is that we didn't have to paint it, even though the paint was over 17 years old, we were able to polish and shine this project into a show quality build for SEMA 2017

Mission

In 2017, we completed the "Purple" 1969 Dodge Charger RT shed rescue, featuring a 440 6 pack. Donated as a disassembled project, we meticulously assembled and polished it into a show-quality build for SEMA 2017. Remarkably, its 17-year-old paint required no repainting, only polishing to achieve a stunning finish.

Vision

"Rebuilding Generations is a nonprofit youth mentoring program designed to bridge the gap between the younger and older generations by providing opportunities to work side-by-side in the repair and restoration of old vehicles."
